Ok so I bought a 2006 Ford Ranger 3.0 RWD with 230km this summer. It misfired but after changing plugs and wires all seemed to be ok. Until today, about 5000km later now it's throwing code P0316 and P0301. I fear the issue has to do with the valves which is apparently an issue with the 3.0 of this year.
