So at first the brush bar would not turn on. I got the clutch out, and it sounded like the ball bearings were out of place, because when I turned by the input side, I could hear stuff falling around in there, I looked at it a bit, moving it around, and turned the input belt again and *POOF*, the output turned, now it won't disconnect, no matter which mode it is set to (carpet/floor). I know there's been at least one archived post on this subject but I'm still having issues and thought I'd inquire.
