so iam wiring my bass guitar and i want (if possible) 2 volume knobs for each pickup one but inbetween a switch to quick select my pickup out rotating my knob all down to adjust. and a want also make a tone seletor switch with a tone knob although i dont whats possible in it so ive been doing some research and came out on some usefull information bus seperated and i want to combine that i made a drawing but further than this i dont get if any one could help me i would really appreaciate i... Hey all, I've got a bass body with P / J routing and 2 holes for pots, and a 3-way-blade. I've checked a lot of the regular spots for wiring diagrams, and haven't found much on that setup. Here's what I've come up with. This is for a fretless set-up. Any notes / suggested additions or modifications? How would I go about replacing my Volume knob w/ and on/off switch? I usually go full or no volume so I don’t see the use of a knob, plus I’d think it’d look a lil cool! Thanks for the info yall!

Hello everybody. I am looking for a wiring diagram for the battery cables. I've recently changed out the battery in my truck going from a top post to side post battery. In the process of doing that I had to change out some wires. After everything was back together the truck still does not have power. Edit: the motor is a 5.7 350. I have checked the battery and it has a charge, and the starter is not the issue. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. I was wondering how much difference there would be if I swapped out the stock active pups for some different active pups. Would the difference in sound quality be worth it? Thanks for any advice!

P/j bass wiring diagram. I’m getting my first kit soon and I’m still confused on how to wire this as I haven’t seen any tutorials for it. I really don’t want my money down the drain for this. What's your advice for a third bass? I have been playing guitar and bass since 1985, I've played everything from jazz to metal, and have gigged for years. These days I mostly prefer jazz with my upright bass and P bass strung with flats. I pretty much have all my need covered with these basses, but occasionally I gas over a Music Man Bongo, a sweet active 5 string, or something else. I am wanting to replace the p pup soon, and I would like to know if the bass would be wired in series or parallel.
